Order placed online - Frozen - kids toys


Awful, placed order 3 days ago, was told that it would be ready at 14.00, came to collect at 16.00 and it wasn't there. so I asked to cancel and they said I would have to call WALMART . I asked when it would arrive or if it was even in stock. Sales staff rude and uncooperative. 3 days on the order still has not arrived, no email, no apology - nothing. The round trip was 55 miles. I have now been told I cannot cancel: Email response below:

We have checked our records and unfortunately once a Site to Store order is on its way to the store, it%u2019s not possible for our agents to refund it. However, there is one simple way to receive a refund. Get a refund at the store:
Once the order arrives at the store for pickup, you can go to the Site to Store counter and request a full refund.

So another 55 mile round trip. Will never shop at WALMART again.
