Hello Walmart , I have been servicing my truck at several of your store locations thru out Tx,CA, I found it very convenient to have my truck oil changed and lubed, how ever a very serious problem occurred,the service tech have been insufficient and not doing the complete service. The transfer case in my truck completely exploded on the road due to nut lubing the u joint on the front drive line. I have been out of service for the past 4 weeks working on my truck and having to replace the transfer case and transmission due to this insufficient service,i have documentation as to the cause of the the damage by my repair facility and I would appreciate a call back from someone there at walmart ,so far my costs have exceeded $6000 and this not include any towing or loss of wages, please send this to email to someone who in charge of claims, not sure what store to send this to Thanks Rick
