Oil Change review


5/4/11 Hobbs NM. My drivers window(electric) doesn't currently work, parts ordered. This somehow impacts their ability to change the oil in my Tahoe. I have seen them leave the doors open while in the bay. I was told today 5/5/11, that ANY non-functioning part on a vehicle, they won't change the oil or provide any service. Really, Did they check the back door last oil change NO. I urge all to BOYCOTT Walmart , until this policy is changed. Holy shit, can't you sign a waiver.
