Dont order Christmas presents from Walmart
Ordered over 1000$ worth of presents on Walmart .com. Came incomplete, but they certainly charged me. Took 1/2 day to get them to refund me. The shipping co. told me all was delivered. BUT parts missing.WHen I tried to get it refunded, they gave me a hard time about it. FInally got them to agree, and it was not reflected in the order number on line. They were still charging me evern though they took off what was not sent. Finally got a supervior to agree send me proff that the money would be refunded, so I had some recourse. I will NEVER order on line again from Walmart. Not only did they get the order wrong, did not send receipt with it, and would not give me conformation of the refund. All so the toys I bought for Christmas said it was in stock, charged me, send me a confirmation, never came then they told me on phone out of stock. NEVER notified me, but certainly changed me for it. Never again, DO NOT order from Walmart.com the have a long way to getting it right.
