  • Did not honor Douglas tire wear-out warrantee

    I bought a pair of Douglas 225 50R 17 tires with a 45,000 wear-out warranty. Both tires wore out at 21,000 miles. I returned to WalMart for replacements and warrantee credit for the defective tires. First I was told by one employee at the Oneonta Tire Center that WalMart does not honor tire warrantees and that I needed to contact Douglas.     I purchased a inversion table online. It was supposed to be to the store on 12/14. 15 days later it still hadn't arrived. I called in store and online every day to see where it was and no one could tell me where it was. All they kept telling me was that it was in process.   • Shopping with your Debit Card

    almart shoppers BEWARE! I just returned from Walmart where I used my debit card. When I scanned my card, the machine should have then prompted me for my pin did not. This has happened in the past and each time I questioned a manager, I received a different excuse as to why. Today I called my bank and the Walmart Corporate Customer Service Line.     Kent International does not stand behind there products! The seat on a bicycle that is broke on the same day it was bought! They can not help told to take it back to Walmart! How sad a Grandmother and Grandson crying over a brand new bicycle that can not be ridden! Walmart one hour each way and had to use a friends truck to get it!   • Walmart online order pickup location change by store

    I placed a online order to pickup my package at store# 5931 and because that store did not have the item and another store did they canceled my order at this store #5931 and changed it to store #2427. I was never notified of this. Also I was told I could pickup by order on 3/20/15 but had to wait until I got my email that it was ok to pickup.     Awful, placed order 3 days ago, was told that it would be ready at 14.00, came to collect at 16.00 and it wasn't there. so I asked to cancel and they said I would have to call WALMART.     Decided to give Black Friday shopping a try and was told Walmart was the best place to go because they had some of the best deals. I have a decent credit score I work full time and own my home completely with no mortgage also have a capitol one credit card. Also I just bought a new auto.   • Dont order Christmas presents from Walmart

    Ordered over 1000$ worth of presents on Came incomplete, but they certainly charged me. Took 1/2 day to get them to refund me. The shipping co. told me all was delivered.     Hello Walmart, I have been servicing my truck at several of your store locations thru out Tx,CA, I found it very convenient to have my truck oil changed and lubed, how ever a very serious problem occurred,the service tech have been insufficient and not doing the complete service.     Now I have been redecorating my home and walmart WAS my FAVORITE store,,,I have spent thousands of dollars there well over $1000 a month. Well some orders I order off line which means I am approved for some egift cards from them. I received a receipt to my online account that I have $200 from them as a free credit.     I shop WalMart store in Oxford,Alabama and I don't know why I buy chips there because everytime I do they are stale, even though the date on them are a month are two to exspire.   • Walmart Tire and lube destroyed my car won't pay for damages

    In the process of changing the battery in my car the Walmart tech arced a piece of equipment while under the hood of my car. I was observing at the time. A 3 ft high arc came out of the opened hood of my car. $6000 damage resulted, all computer related modules in the car were fried.     I ordered a 4 wheeler for my son. Then 4 days before christmas I was told my order was in. I go to pick up the 4 wheeler and they bring out a fisher price corvette.   • WalMart's Mainstay Candles don't burn correctly/completely

    This is the second time we have purchased 2 Mainstay (pumpkin spice) candles from WalMart for $4.99 tax each. The first time both candles did not burn properly. There is a " tunnel" burned down the middle of the candles with a LOT of wax remaining.     Was told you have to purchase 250.00 worth of item to get 6 month interest free financing thru BILL ME LATER, WAS NOT TOLD YOU HAVE TO PURCHASE IN THE SAME DAY.     Walmart sold me the Graco Lauren Crib N Changer combo i also bought a sealy mattress for it.   • big men's sizes

    I am 6'3" with a 48-50 inch waist and a 34" inseam. All of the pants, with my waist size, at any/every walmart that I have ever been in only come in lengths of 29", 30", 32". This appears to mean that Walmart beilves that all fat men are short! I was injured in September 2014 pushing my shopping cart to my car when my cart hit a big pothole and stopped sharply throwing me into the cart knocking the wind out of me and injuring my roght leg. I went inside to report it and while I was waiting for management I over heard people talking that it had happened earlier to a man and his son and his son was thrown out of the cart. Had they took precautions and marked off the area I would not have gotten hurt !!1 I filed a report was told that some one would contact me---no they did not. I sent a letter to the corporate office and still no reply. I got on line and found a number to call and they transferred me and gave me a person in claims to call. Well I have been calling that person at least once a week and leaving a message and still as of today 12-04-2014 no return call. The Niles MI store did not seem to care and now it seems that is the story for all of Walmart..... I guess I will have to call the lawyer back--he thought that I could take care of it on a one on one with Walmart but apparently not....Another thing is that the store told me that they had a work order in to repair the potholes and it has been almost 3 months and it is still not repaired....I know because every time I am in the area I take a photo of the spot.. So beware---I could not see it because I was pushing my cart but if they would have marked it off after the first incident then I would have seen it---Walmart Negligence For Sure.........

On November 10,2011 my husband and I went into Walmart at Craig/Clayton in N. Las Vegas, NV. specifically to purchase an American flag to display for Veterans Day. We live in a community with a large Air Force base, so never dreamed an American flag would not be available at Walmart ("America's store"). To our dismay, not only did they not carry the American flag, but could not remember when they had one last for sale in their store....comments like "maybe around 4th of July we have flags","I am no sure we even carry flags".
The sad state of our country and we as Americans can not find a flag to display on Veterans Day at our local Walmart.
Today WalMart, you have lost a customer.

Had many issues at walmart, got a check cashed they shorted us a few hundred dollars and they couldn't make it right until the next day and then they NEVER appoligized for their mistake but did scold us on not making sure the employee counted right and told us that we should be more careful with our money. So once again very poor customer service from walmart, Wish sam was still alive the prices are not low no more, the Great Value products are fading, I find things on clearance that are originally $50 on clearance for $48 what kind of clearance is that. No employee is eager to help you no more, istead of the customer being right seems now that walmart is always right and the customer has no hope, they water inject their meats to bad now that my package size steak ends up being a quarter of what I purchased and a skillet full of water if I grill them I would image all that water would put our my grill!!! Nothing is customer friendly no more everything is albout making that buck and I am done with walmart I will share my experience and boycott with anyone else who wants to join me

Booked Princess Cruise with Sam's Club Travel. It was the same price to book directly with Princess, but SCT offered $200 shipboard credit and a $200 SC gift card, so the math seemed easy, book with SCT and save $400. NOOOO...they haven't credited my shipboard account yet and show that they did. They need to create a claim for another dept to investigate. Worse yet..I had an existing credit at Princess for $849 and STC couldn't figure out how to apply it to my booking. Princess says it was applied to the booking, but STC charged me for the entire fare and now say that Princess needs to reimburse me. I leave next week, I've been dealing with both STC and Princess for 2 months and nothing yet. I'm predicting that once the cruise is over they will both say it's too late to get a refund on a past cruise. FRUSTRATED!!! Booking with STC cost me over $1,000 than booking directly with Princess, and here I was supposed to get $400. Absolutely not worth the headache!!

We rerouted a cruise due to the swine flu to a cheaper cruise and will not get our refund for 2-3 months. We are owed 1000 dollars. This has been a major hassle and I do NOT recommend sam's club at at all!!!

The doors between the store and the garden center are difficult to manage when pushing a cart or even when carrying a purchase, attention should be paid before an accident happens, as has almost happened to me with a brused arm trying to hold the door. thanks
